I will look at:
- what is effective independent learning?
- what are the characteristics of risk taking, decision making and empowerment?
- what evidence will I need to show the enquiry question has been met?
- how am I going to undertake the enquiry?
- how do I need to act to demonstrate/explain risk taking, decision making and empowerment?
- how can I (creatively) lead others to the same outcomes?
- what tools and context do people (children) want in order to independantly learn?
Hello Pete, you have provided a great ultimate goal, have you any further thoughts on how this can be achieved? The key aim seems to be creating independent learners, am I right? How do you plan to implement the enquiry? What you have at the moment is a very large enquiry and I am not sure how much support and time you would have in school to achieve this. Please catch me this week to discuss progress and to refine your ideas.
